Hi there, I’m Martha. I welcome you to a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life. Something we all deserve.

I’m a London based yoga teacher, offering practices designed to inspire you; and to provide you with the tools and wisdom to fully nurture your body and mind.

Whether you are looking for deep movement; help improve mobility, flexibility and strength, or in need of a place to rest; to take a step back from busy day to day life, my classes are here to help you discover what you need wherever you are on your yoga journey.

What it’s like to practice with me

Firstly, this is your practice.

Yes, I am here as your teacher, guide, facilitator, helping hand, yogi pal, whatever works for you; but what you experience when practicing yoga can only ever be yours.

Through every class I encourage this personal experience. To feel your body, your breath, your mind and to practice centred on the moment. To embrace your individual experience, enjoy the feeling of a practice unique to your needs and really discovery what yoga can do for you.

Every class with me will incorporates physical movement; sometimes deep, slow and steady; other times flowing, strengthening and challenging, but the core belief of “this is your practice” always runs through.

New Year Half Day Retreat

SATURDAY 17 JANUARY 2026 | 1 – 4.30PM
Blackheath Quaker Meeting Hall, Blackheath Village, London

Welcome in 2026 with this half day retreat of yoga and sound intended to cultivate calm and peace.

Together we will practice a beautiful combination of gentle flowing yoga, slow and steady Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra; all rounded off with Tibetan singing bowl sound bath with Gillian Buchan.
